Need help on how to get started with mass emailing.

Hey. I'm looking to send out around 20,000-30,000 emails to people who like a specific genre of music. I have no idea where to start really. What is the best way to acquire all these email addresses, and what tools would I need to send mass emails. Thanks!

You should get all the email from a web form that you create and use social media to generate targeted traffic to that website.
From there, I would use an esp like Mail Chimp or Get Response to send out your emailing.
