Hello I need help in my youtube cooking channel please i am investing money on food making videos from last 2 weeks i make 15 videos but subscribes and views not comming can some one please help me

Wait patiently if you want free subscribers...
 
Run youtube video ads. Try promoting on Instagram or even paying influencers.
 
Keep promotes in social media...it will definitely reach & get subscription but it will take some time bro... Please be patient & continue the work well....

I've got a lot of views on my many videos so I might be able to advise.
Firstly you have to give it time. YouTube has to see your channel as trusted and also the age of it can have an impact.
Have you optimised your titles, description, thumbnail, tags?
Do you promote the videos on social media?
What about your blog/website/
 
Title of the text should be more attractive,quality content,contrasting colors can view your profile and they watch more videos. The online forums like Reddit,Quora for conversations specifically about the topic of your videos.And also leave a funny comment or someother information by saying something interesting about the video you just watched
