I've got a lot of views on my many videos so I might be able to advise.
Firstly you have to give it time. YouTube has to see your channel as trusted and also the age of it can have an impact.
Have you optimised your titles, description, thumbnail, tags?
Do you promote the videos on social media?
What about your blog/website/
