Hello I have created few websites I want to add one of them to flippa if I get a good offer but I don't know which one will work on flippa f any one can help me I don't want to waste my 15$ and help me little bit flippa listing

You will need to verify your account now to sell your site.
Regarding listing it all depends on your website type asking price websites that cost $60 to $120 easily sell in the starter section.
The above statement does not hold if you have GA traffic minimum 6-8 months and/or earnings for 6 to 8 months in those cases you can sell them at higher price.

My suggestion check those sold websites on flippa filter them according to your website and see what's selling and for how much.
 
You need to test to know what works on flippa. And don't just rely on one site. Prepare to list multiple websites if you want to earn something reasonable.

i have many websites but the problem is that every website need 15$ and i don't have budget

Think of it as a business. Its your cost. If you are able to sell each site for say 80, you earn 60 dollars after paying success fees. Just 8 sites a month fetch you about 500 dollars.
