Can anyone recommend a program for generating fake website traffic?

Although I've been monetizing my blog, I'm getting screwed over by WordAds (Wordpress' official ad program). I want to generate enough money to get out of the program (you need at least $100 to get paid). In spite of getting over 17,000 hits last month, all without bots or programs, I only got paid $18. My goal is to cash out ASAP, switch hosting services, and then finally get on Google Adsense. Is there any web or computer program that can help me get as many views or hits as possible?

If you don't mind getting technical you could use phantomJS and a handful of good proxies to create fake hits to your site. Also, with phantomJS you can supply a reffer url which shows up in analytics. I've tried this out and was able to fake hits from google search, facebook, twitter and pretty much any other site I could think of.

I used Jingling for about two months and suddenly had a lot of problems with my Service Provider (Hostgator). My site wouldnt load and eventually I was told that I had DOS attacks on the server. I am not sure if Jingling and the Dos attacks are related but I am very worried now. Does anybody know if it could be related as I am not that savvy when it comes to these kind of things. Jingling does work but I have noticed that Avira blocks a lot of the links.
