I run a shopify store with FB Ads and my domain was flagged by Facebook and Instagram. It is a completely legit whitehat store and page. There is NO WAY that it violates Facebook TOS. However, the domain is now completely blocked on both FB and IG. How do I solve this? Hundreds of people have had the same problem as me in the past few months and apparently facebook doesn't give a shit and never replies to its customers.

Yea you're not going to be hearing back from FB that's for sure.

If a domain is flagged by fb and insta they'll never give u response thought u try to contact them 100 times because they feel its because of violation of rules

I'll try to call them, buying a new domain isn't a huge problem for me but the domain/store are only two days old. I can't afford to buy a new domain every two days. Is this a recurring issue?

fb insta are too stubborn, they won't listen to you, but i think you can make your linc short or something, try it who knows it could workout,

If u are spending a lot of money with them u should have an account manager that can help u other than that it's hard to contact them

buy another domain and redirect that to your primary store

Buy another domain and move on. And remember to never count only one online venue or money source for your main income.

Buy another domain otherwise you will waste time. FB never response unless you spend a lot of money on them.

Never put all your eggs in one basket , especially if your traffic source is social media. They are worse than a dictatorship government. Route it through twitter or linkedin shortener ,I guess this should work.

Hey OP - did swapping out the domain to the same Shopify store work for you? Going through a similar issue myself
