Need help/advice for FB ads

I've been running Facebook ads for White Label Casino services, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues with my accounts. However, the problem I'm currently facing is the quality of leads. It seems that I can't attract high-quality leads through my ads. I've tried translating the content to match the targeted countries, adjusting detailed targeting, and changing creatives. Currently, I'm experimenting with broad location targeting instead of focusing on specific cities. Are there any tips you could suggest to help me improve? I would greatly appreciate your response.

In term of location, is it better to target the whole country, or city works better?

From personal experience, if you run lead or messenger, you should only set the location as a point + 10km around that point and create multiple ad sets for better optimization

Eliminate locations with low quality results, if you only run 1 country you need to check demographics, interests, behavior
 
Try everything you can. Change accounts, change content, change images/media. Add key promotional campaigns. Do you use pixels? They can help you measure and optimize campaign effectiveness. You can also duplicate different campaign groups to see how each performs. One thing I often do is that the best way to target is to not target at all. I let it run free; Facebook will help narrow down to the right target for the product. You can try it or not
 
Do you mean the cost per lead is getting more expensive or are the ads finding very few leads? To keep your ads effective, use multiple accounts, multiple images and content, use a website with multiple alternative urls, use multiple campaigns + separate fan pages. This way, your cost per result will be kept low and avoid them competing with each other.
 
To improve the quality of leads, you should optimize your customer personas, refine your ad content with clear value, and optimize your landing page. At the same time, A/B test, test different ad formats, and continuously evaluate effectiveness to adjust strategy.

Is this a new problem for you? Have you previously been able to attract quality leads and if so, identify what has changed in order to affect this. Sounds like you have tried to change up a few things already. I would agree with the suggestions from @milo123123 & @Luca Marketing Agency to target your ads on smaller area. Good luck and possibly try posting this in this forum instead
