NEED AN AUTOMATED VOTING LINK

I need a link that shortens the voting process for this. So that the user only has to click a "Vote For Maggie Rose-'Body On Fire'" button once instead of having to scroll and find her name, click and submit.

I have another artist that had a coder create this for him so I know it's doable.

Here's an example of the one that he create- I want something like this:
