Need advice for Report-Bot threats.

idk where should i post this either freelancer or social networking so i chose this.

I own an instagram page. Me and some of my friends which owns a page too are targeted by someone that claims he could take accounts down fast with bots, and he really proved it on 3 accounts by now. He requests money for our accounts to be spared. If there is anything you could advice me to do, say it right away. pm me if you want to know the name of the person who is doing this.
