Need a new google development account

I am currently interested in buying a android developer account. I need a VCC or CC verified united states developer account along with a coresponding gmail email account.

The name of the account should be something I would like to pick.

once you create one take a screenshot of the android dashboard and the gmail account and we can talk payment via paypal.
