HELP! My sites got Hacked and Google have blacklisted me. Its been three weeks of constant trying to clean the sites, yet problems continue. I think Im getting ontop of it now.
BUT, will google let me back? Or do I give up and start again? Not the preffered option as some of my sites have 2 years of content.
PLLEEEAAASSSEEE help.:(
Also Im using iPage as my host (if that makes a difference?)

If you mean you site was hacked and someone put malware on it, then once you have it cleaned google will lift the warnings. Dont resubmit it until your certain its clean. If you need a hand Cleaning it let me know.

Unfortunately I have resubmitted to google twice now, and the sites keep getting re infected with Malware. I have about 12 sites, i will probably touch base with you shortly as Im running out of ideas, and the guys at iPage arnt fixing the problem.

There must be some unwanted file in you root that keeps infecting your site. Contact your host for support.
If your host is not ready to help change the host.

I suggest you reformat your hard drive. You probably have a virus. Every time you login to your website, your username and password are logged and then your site is reinfected. This happened to me. Once you clean up your site google will re include it in the serps.

Is it the sort of thing you can do? The host is being very helpful, BUT not fixing it. I just need it fixed.

step 1: reformat your hard drive (that means reinstall windows)
step 2: change your ftp passwords (and all of your other passwords also since they may have been logged)
step 3: contact your host and have them restore your website to a clean backup

the only reconsideration request I've ever filled out was for this situation, and the site came back in under a week.

Hey, I've experienced the exact same thing. I dont know if you're using wordpress but if you are do the following:
- download Get off malicious scripts
- choose public_html
- remove all exclude items (I did find malware hidden as jpg files)
- scan and it should clean most up for you.

What you'll be looking for is the base decode eval type of script (if you're using free theme be careful not to touch it as the theme will not load).

Hope this helps

Before reformatting anything, you need to determine if the infection is your pc or server side.

If it is related to your web site, change all your passwords and remove the infected code. If it is related to your pc, you would be getting hack everywhere, facebook, bank accounts or whatever.

If you think it is your pc, download malwarebytes and run it.

1- Clean your computer
2- Update your plugins if you are using wordpress
3- Submit to Google site verification and wait for 24 hours.
If problem persists:
3- Make clean your host account if ever you have information about sites you did not use anymore
4- Ask your host adm to clean your account of malware
5-Submit once again to Google site verification

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. I know it's a little late to say this, and you probably don't want to hear it now. But in the future, become a POLYgamist after you become a successful MONOgamist.
