My SEO MPG Ad Replacement Extension Project

Recently I've been setting up, configuring, and distributing my own SEO MPG extensions.

SEO MPG is the new version of LilyJade, which adds a variety of options for its users. The main feature being replacing the ads your users see on every website with ads. Now you can control the social aspects of the users that have your extension, such as share links on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Tumblr. This is awesome because every user that gets my extension posts the link to my extension and spreads it even more

My Extension

My extension isn't hidden in an extension like most people would do, haha. The only thing in my extension is the SEO MPG code, and Analytics/Piwik tracking codes. Analytics is amazing with this by the way, you get to see real-time how many users are online with your extension. You can even see their height, weight, and what they ate last (with photos).

Ads I'm Running

All of them. Duh. I set up all 19 adsense ads to be replaced on users' browsers.

How am I Spreading my Extension?

I got lucky and had a friend with a high traffic CPA website in the gaming niche. One of the offers on the website is to install this extension to reap the benefits of the website. This website gets about 40k unique visitors a month. I'm currently building high PR links to it from my blog network and juicing those posts with 3 tiers of SER. I also just got a 1 year old domain that I set up a 301 to the website for today. I'm making a post on this later.

I'm about to set up the website on Wordpress and using my fabulous keyword research, hopefully double the traffic this website receives. Here's a screenshot of its current rankings:

Ad Targeting

I am setting up bids / custom targeting for my ads. Since everyone running my extension is a gamer, I'm going to be targeting games, gaming gear, and computers in my ads. Once I get this set up right I believe I will start making some good money. I believe its best to stick with one niche for your ads to get the best results. Since I'm one of the few people using this system right now, I'll have to be the one thinking of the profitable ideas first.

Adsense Income

So far I've only been making $5-$10 a day... but I'm only on day 4. I have a lot of spreading left to go. When I get ad targeting set up correctly my income should increase dramatically. I am hoping to have around 100k installs through this first extension and a few others I plan on making. Maybe I'll get to 30, 50, 100 dollars a day

Google Analytics:

I'm not sure why this is showing 5,000 unique visitors. Maybe some people are on rotating proxies or something? Either way - you can see there's 32,000 pageviews in the last 4 days.

Today's installs are almost caught up to yesterday's, and its 1pm And I busted 1,500 installs

Adsense Custom Channels

So I finally figured out how to get custom channels to work right. I made a channel specific to my niche, and placed all my ads in it. Now it seems advertisers are bidding to show ads in my network! $2.15 CP the FIRST day of having them running! Only two clicks though - but hey - that's almost $5. I can't wait to see where this will be in a month. I'm also getting really close to 2,000 installs ^.^

Pics it didn't Happen

I hit 30 Real Time users today... kind of odd it's only 30 at a time when there's 1,800 installs but it's something for me to note.

September 15th 2013 Update

My installs are still climbing at a very high rate. I've gotten the host website ranked very high for a lot of competitive, high volume keywords so that's paying off very well. With about 2,500 installs today I'm making about $5/day. I'm hoping more people will join my custom channel and bid higher so the CPC goes up. I'm not 100% sure how that all works though if someone wants to explain it.

I should be getting about 500k installs directed towards me here pretty soon. I'm ordering some large blasts, which should drastically improve my Adsense income

Sorry about the lack of updates guys. My PCI-E slot on my motherboard broke, and there's no on-board video so I got screwed. To top that off, the $1,500 rig I just built has a bad motherboard and it's going to take 2 weeks for an RMA because Amazon is out of stock...

They make more money

Sorry I haven't updated in so long fellas. I got a few messages asking about this. I'm not getting any replies here so I didn't know anyone was interested in seeing this.

I am making about $10/day now and I'm up to almost 11,000 installs! I'll post a full update soon

SEOMPG is $2500 a year membership. If after 4 months you're only making $10 a day you're not going to cover
the cost. With 11k installs thats $0.0009 per user per day.

I looked at this when it was lilly-jade and was told that each install was making $0.20 per day, with 11k that would give you $2,200 a day.
Can you explain the big difference?
