My first account was banned for spam, and I'm able to publish clones in the store and buy more accounts from same IP, machine, Android Studio, everything the same, no problem at all.

Where do you live? So you never get prior violations? Only multiple violations? I hate prior violations very much

Yes, you mean same android studio is not a problem at all
Generally speaking I'd say better safe than sorry. If you want to be extra safe, you can doubt everything. So if you don't need to publish many apps, you have time, you can absolutely build the apps on different machines. Does it help? My experience at the moment says no.

Same for Multilogin: you don't need to pay that much if you can create from scratch machines (you have to be careful anyway cause you can leave footprints even creating machines from scratch if you don't add fonts etc). It's just a (expensive) shortcut, useful for some, useless for others.

Just don't take for true everything you read, cause you can find everything and its opposite. In general, as I said, if you cannot afford to lose accounts, better to be a bit more paranoic.

A third world country of America. Got several violations, a few apps suspended, no problem, then I was collecting emails in one of my apps and probably received too many spam flags from competitors, gbots suddendly shut the account but my secondary account was still available.
