Trial and error. No one is going to spoonfeed you. Plus there is not just one single solution for all our problems.
Try different proxies, try using X proxies for X accounts, post manually, only f/uf, like other posts, add comments/dms and so on.
You gotta test, test, test. Obviously you should keep track of everything so you can see why something like a ban happened.

AFAIK there is nothing in the Instagram Community Guidelines and ToS around number of followers or other engagement limits an account can make per day.
There is specific language against a) reposting other people's photos and b) adult content.
Many people are experiencing posting bans right now and I believe it's related to a) & b) on accounts with low trust scores already.
Therefore it's more likely that you have been banned because of reposting and adult content than the actions you're taking, whether the actions are manual or automated.
