Hi all,

I'm planning to build a micro niche site. I've found some nice and easy kw's.
The keywords that I found are the ones that belong to expensive products ( few thousands $ per product).
And I'm not sure if it would bring me any money. Sure most people would immediately jump on. But I have never promoted such expensive items. And therefore I'm wondering if one would order even that kind of expensive products on the internet.

I mean, if I would buy a car, a webshop would not be the first place where I would buy a car.
Anyone has experience with selling expensive products?

Yes, I know that the only way to find out if this would work, is to actually try it. But maybe someone can speak out his experiences on this.

Thanks

How much money are you investing into it? If it fails, can you live with the loss? If so, do it.

It depends on the item, there are a lot of things that would obviously sell much better online than cars. You'll have a low conversion rate, but if you're using a decent affiliate program a few sales a month should be enough to get to a nice income level. If there's a decent search volume and you have a trustworthy affiliate program for it (e.g. amazon), definitely go for it.

Currently Micro Niche Site is the good way to earn some money online. For Very expensive products review, you need to do well research to promote them.
According to many online money makers, they dont make promotion sites for very high price products such as 1000$. They mostly build 200$+ price products.
Do you have product keyword or buyer intent keywords?

People don't buy expensive products online that often, especially with Amazon. That's why $50-300 price range is ideal. I've learned this the hard way.

Plus, if you expect to put on 1000 words of content and rank, then I can assure you, that this will not happen.

1) Have you done this before?
2) How will you earn money? Amazon affiliate program? If so, then people don't need to buy the car, they could buy say a bumper or a paint car or whatever. Could work

Try it.

Yes, I have done this before. But not with items this expensive. It is an affiliate program, looks like amazon. I think I give it a try.

Not that much, actually it would be a small investment. If I would sell more than 3 items, the investment would be already earned back.

Yes I have a nice affiliate program for the items. There's a small decent search volume for it. A few thousand per month.

Yes I have keywords that have buyer intent. But not sure if people would buy this kind of stuff online..

Hmm, this is actually a lot more than the 50-300 $ range.. No I have ranked niche sites before, but not with these kind of items.

Thank you to all, I give it a try :)

A few thousand searches? Definitely go for it if it's such a high priced item. If it's "easy" to rank you should get at least a few sales each month.

My take: People generally read reviews of such expensive items online and purchase it offline, once they decide to buy a specific product.
