Hello BHW, Mods, and Everyone in Between!
There's a problem brewing online now. Content is no longer king. If content was king, then ChatGPT, Claude and Sonnet have become kingmakers.
Fortunately, not all is lost. Links are still valued. And the only way to get truly valuable links is to earn them. And one of the ways that I like to differentiate myself from the numerous copycat and similar niche sites is to get "unobtainable links".
I'm referring to Reactive PR links. Previously known as HARO style links, these links are obtained by sharing skilled knowledge with reporters, bloggers, journalists, content writers and more. These sites would include newspapers, health information sites, non profit organizations, magazines, industry publications and more. These people need your expertise on your topics, because they're writing about it right now. But how does this mean juicy links?
This is where I come in.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in securing high-quality backlinks and unlinked mentions through Reactive PR linkbuilding. I useHARO (Help a Reporter Out which is now Connectively), Qwoted, Featured and other reactive link building platforms to find the best opportunities to build links for you. Missing opportunities isn't my style, so I’m offering a Done-For-You fully managed HARO service that covers everything you need to start landing links.
No flashy graphics—just results. I'll be sharing links we’ve earned that are indexed in Google Search Console.
But first things first, you have to look at your site from the lens of a journalist or a high end content writer who has never heard of writing for affiliate sites. Your site needs to be authentic. What does this mean?
This means that your site needs a contact us page, so that people can get in touch, preferably a real place with a GMB listing. It needs to have an authentic team member or persona. These are the people behind the website, this is you. Journalists won't give links to a no body, they give links to people with expertise, knowledge and experience that can inflate the value of their articles. You need to give them a reason to link to you, a face, a voice and something to show that you're reliable and authentic. Your site also should be to be utterly devoid of ads and can't have any topics related to anything illegal. This means no gambling, pseudoscience, hacking, drugs, weapons, adult content, or anything shady. However, there are exceptions: for example, adult content is out, but sex toys are fine. Hacking is out, but cybersecurity is in. Bottom line: make sure your site has a real purpose and isn’t involved in anything illegal.
But Kshatriya, I don't know if I have anyone like that. And if I do, they don't have the expertise. And if they do, I don't know if they can get you your answers.
That's fine, I will work with you to adjust the content on your site to showcase expertise. This means, I'll ask you to create certain pages and posts to improve your chances of getting links.
Here's a brief checklist to make sure your site is ready for HARO style link-building:
No Refund Policy:
Once work starts, no refunds. However, I recommend sticking with the service for at least 3 months to see solid results.

Here's a brief checklist to make sure your site is ready for HARO style link-building:
- About Us Page – This explains who you are and what your business/site does.
- Contact Information – You’ll need accurate contact info, such as a business license (if applicable in which case - a physical address, and a phone number is also needed) and a functional contact form.
- Author Page – Show who’s behind your business. Show your authentic experience. This will be used as a source profile for link building. So I'd need to see an image of the persona, along with authentic social media profiles like linkedin. If you do not have these, your site will find it very difficult to get links.
- Press Page * – Display the links or mentions you’ve earned from other sites or guest posts. This helps journalists see that you’re a real business. However if you don't have any, that's fine.
- Real Business or Project – Your site must have a genuine purpose and not be a placeholder/ spam low-quality content farm.
- Niche Alignment – The service is suitable for a wide variety of niches, but there are limitations. Sites promoting gambling, pseudoscience, or anything illegal will be rejected. Sites with super specific niches may not get links that adhere to the same topical content. For example, a site on haircare might get links from articles on skin care.
- Ready to Invest Time – Since each opportunity would need to have research and a good pitch, this process takes time. Be prepared to give it 3+ months for results.
- Email Access - I need an email setup for your author/team member. I'll be the one responding to emails and queries using your email.
How does it work? - Pitches & Trends:This is a full service solution, where I find relevant pitches that are in teh same niche as your site, answer them, log them and share that with you. Additionally, you can use this to find out trending information that is going to be published within your niche. You can use this to create new content for your site.
- Tracking & Transparency:
I’ll provide access to a Google Sheet where you can track the pitches, responses, and links won. Sometimes, links may take time to be indexed, so consider investing in tier-2 links or indexing services. In some cases, I don't get links to your site, they go to your linkedin profile or to an alternate site (even as a mistake), but that's something which I cannot control. Rest assured, that only links that point to your site would be counted. - Limitations:
I don’t control the final decision of the journalists—this includes the site, anchor text, DR, follow/no-follow status, and when the link will be published. It’s all in the hands of the editorial teams. However, I'll only count sites with a DR greater than 30
