[Method] Building Parasite Pages, Sudo Style

Authority is everything these days, new websites take months to rank and even then a simple negative seo attack is all that's needed to stop a fledgling site in its tracks.

It doesn't have to be like this however, instead of just ranking your money site imagine if you could rank other websites with you content on them, authority sites that can be spammed to high heaven with no issue.

There are quite a few guides on this subject, most of them suck in the most worthy of Warrior Forum style, mine is epic (Or simply passable) ;)

Enter, Parasite Pages

Essentially, a parasite page is one that you have created on an authority domain, it could be:


  • A YouTube Video
  • Blogger Blog
  • WordPress.com Blog
  • A local business directory with great reviews of your business

All parasite pages have the following in common, you will spam them! And 99% of the time they will rank.

How To Guide

To start you're going to need a few tools and resources:


  • A copy of GSA Search Engine Ranker (Or a BHW Seller you want to use the services of)
  • A copy of GSA Captcha Breaker
  • Some proxies for your GSA
  • A YouTube video, WordPress.com Blog or other authority page which you want to rank
  • A Buzzfeed article or any other authority article you can upload to
  • Reddit (This one is hard to pull off IMHO)

Getting The On-Page SEO Right

With my personal method, on-page seo is EVERYTHING - I don't use anchor text and certainly don't expect my anchor text to alert Google to the keyword I want to rank.

For this reason you need to 100% ensure your parasite page has:


  • The title to be the keyword you want to rank for
  • If it's a blog add 500 words of content including some images / videos etc etc
  • If it's a local business directory ensure it has plenty of good reviews on it

When you're setting up a web 2.0 page be sure to fill out everything even the stuff you think is no use! It all helps IMHO.

Adding Links To Your Own Website Links And Making Them Stick

This is often where it can get tricky. What you don't want is to have your parasite page banned for spamming - far better for it to hang around for the long haul ehh?...

Personally, I do the following:


  • Local business directory (http://www.yell.com/ in the United Kingdom is the best especially for local results)
  • YouTube - It's easy to reference your website on your channel and within the video, not a big deal
  • Buzzfeed - Very hard indeed, you have to go very gentle to make this work IMHO
  • WordPress / Blogger - Not a big deal at all, stick the links in, makes your money, simple

I'm a big fan of YouTube and Yell.com rather than article style websites. I've never tried http://www.yelp.com/ but it could be worth a go IMHO.

Building The Links

The great thing about a parasite page is that it's authority will trump any Google ban! You can get away with crazy link building to a parasite page without any SEO worries whatsoever.

I've personally used these guys in the past:


  • http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/504092-sherlock-hacks-google-part-ii-26-link-building-episodes-free-bad-links-removal.html (BHW Seller)
  • http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-packages/532187-lady-gaga-google-rider-16-tier-link-building-100-social-signals-free-copies.html (BHW Seller)

If you want to use your own GSA setup (And why wouldn't you) then this setup works fine:


  • Diversify anchor texts, no more than 5% exact anchor
  • Try to push the article links more than anything else, seems to work better

There are basically two trains of thought with exactly how to build the links:


  • Bend over your parasite and give it a good thrashing: http://www.sudorank.com/sudos-churn-burn-lead-generation/
  • Be all gentle, caress your parasite and make her feel loved: http://www.matthewwoodward.co.uk/tutorials/the-ultimate-guide-to-tiered-link-building-part-1/

Personally I thrash mine like a pro! Do as you wish however!

One important note to make is that when your parasite is ranked you'll need to occasionally top the site up with new links. Nothing major but when you notice it falling down the rankings it's time to fire up GSA again. It's not major work though, an hour a week should be all that's needed to keep a parasite healthy.

What About The 1% When It Doesn't Work?

Sometimes you'll have done everything right and your parasite just won't rank.

I'm not 100% sure why this happens, perhaps a manual review happens or you trip an algorithm? Who knows?

The most important thing is not to give up straight away. Sometimes it's taken me two times within the same niche to get a parasite to rank.

What I'm trying to say is that like all SEO, it's not an exact science. Every so often you'll build a dud, it's part of the game, move on.

So When Do We Get To The Bit Where You Advertise Your Blog?

Great post, mate. I liked the Churn & Burn thread you posted a while ago very much, too.

One quick question though:
I'm kinda just starting out with automated link building and haven't gotten into the whole concept of using expired domains as shields. So, would you say that a mixture of the 2 you've posted above could work? Say you create a tiered link structure, but don't go easy on the volume and rather blast the shit out of your site? Keep the tiered structure flat (2 tiers) and easy filters on T1 pointing to your money site (maybe PR1+, or even PR0+) and strengthen them with tons of secondary links?

No, if you're building for a money site you want to keep hold of for a long time then slow and steady wins the race every time.

Put your spam into stuff that's not your money site and you'' be safe. :cool:
 
I've not really dabbled into these types of methods but you've inspired me to one day try it.

Ok, I guess I've explained myself completely wrong. I'm sorry haha.
By 'money site' I was referring to a parasite website (blogger, wordpress, ..) which is my money site. I like using these websites for really small projects, because they can be created very easily and quickly and you don't give a crap if they get banned/penalised.

So let me rephrase my question
Would you consider a mixture between the 2 methods you've mentioned (tiered link building + churn & burn) building links the way I've described in my post above an effective ranking technique for these parasites?

I Wouldn't bother mixing two tactics on one parasite page. I however build one page with spam and another with tiered links, that kind of diversity makes sense long term IMHO.

This tutorial is great IMHO.I read something similar about a week ago, but your post is by far more detailed.
 
After I get some authority sites and a wall of niche sites, this is all I plan on doing.

The real challenge is making the parasite stick!. I see parasite sites appearing all the time in my niche but they disappear just as quick as they appear so how do you make them stick ?

Alright, I'll keep that in mind. But I think I'll still give high volume tiered linking a shot, because I haven't had much success with pure spam (shooting thousands of crappy links at my page). I might give it another try though, since I'm on a stronger VPS now and my verified site list has grown. It's still not that huge (250k - 300k links), but I guess this might be enough for a spam campaign.

I might be mistaken, but I think this is where you'll see the difference between tiered quality link building and throwing whatever link you get in your hands at your page.
 
here r some good or maybe easy to rank medium to make a parasite pages:

dailymontion
youtube
blogspot
wordpress
raddit
pinterest board
slideshare
sites.google
facebook page

usually i found all above medium rank easly with just a GSA blast..and more interesting if you see a couple of those parasit rank at first page of google it's a sign that your money site also rank maybe in front page or just making a climb movement to first page.

When you say "when your parasite is ranked" you mean in top100 ? After that you reduce drastically the number of links per day ? And increase again if parasite gets off top100 ?
