The 3 upvotes rule still applies. Like anything else on Reddit, just make good content and you'll do well. If you rely entirely on buying upvotes without making good content, you'll eventually end up getting downvoted anyway. Post good, useful content and leverage black hat techniques like buying upvotes to really get the ball rolling and you'll do well.
Boostupvotes and Upvotes Club, there are also sellers here on the forum but I prefer the panels. Since then I've started doing this more with Quora as well and it works even better for sustained traffic (people searching Google for your term then find your upvoted Quora answers which tend to rank very well).
