I joined some Skype groups that we can exchange upvotes on reddit, but it seems they are not really active right now.Is there anyone know any active groups?

First of all Reddit is the most complicated social network. Looks like all of them are against you, whatever you post. And yes, You can get a lot of traffic, with high bounce rate and no conversion.

Yes,motivational quotes,images and videos work too. Look for smaller subreddits with niche topics,they are good places to farm too. Its better to post in popular subreddits during USA day time,time zones notwithstanding. It makes it easier for your thread to gain traction.

I use it to promote sites I already own, not as a method of making money on a one time basis or something. Generally if you're trying to make money online I would try to avoid thinking of these things as one time things to make money fast and repeat, and instead think about them as ways you can use to build a legitimate business that lasts.
Personally I use it to promote a few different sites I own monetized in various ways (Amazon Associates primarily, then product based websites that sell products). If your content isn't good and you're trying to spam CPA offers or something this method is definitely not the way to go, but in general regardless of any method you use you're not going to get long term results doing that anyway.

Depends. As you say even if you get some negative reactions you can still get a lot of traffic and upvotes, especially if you pay for some at the beginning. Again though, if you're using this method to promote spammy content that isn't bringing value to users, you're probably in the wrong business. There is money to be made in spammy, short term get rich quick tactics, but very few people actually succeed at it and you'll have a lot more success building a real business that helps people and makes them enjoy your content in the first place.

Definitely true. Especially if you're going for the SEO benefit here, smaller subreddits should not be overlooked. Once your post hits ~3 upvotes it starts to count as a ******** link and will help in your long term SEO strategy. More than that, a fairly small number of upvotes can get your post very high in some of those subs with lower post counts, so don't overlook them.
Generally I've had the best results (at least in promoting money sites that sell products rather than just valuable sites I've built/marketed) in subs with around 50-200k subscribers with lower frequency of posts so a well executed post on your part can be noticed and stay near the top for a significant amount of time.

Created subreddit for my Pub site, using reddit to share links to the site as well as each site update goes to my subreddit, within few month it’s a small community, much better and active than from any other social media.

Why aren't my posts showing up?
This could be for one of two reasons: the moderators of a subreddit are removing your posts, or the spam filter is removing your posts.
The most likely reason is that the moderators of the subreddit you are posting in are removing your posts. They could be doing this manually, or they could have programmed their local AutoModerator to remove posts which meet certain criteria. For example, some subreddits do not allow new accounts to post, so the moderators program their AutoModerator to remove posts by accounts under a certain age. Some subreddits do not allow certain types of posts, so the moderators program their AutoModerator to remove posts of those types. Some subreddits require particular phrases or formats in their post titles to identify the type of post, so the moderators program their AutoModerator to remove posts which do not include the required phrases. And so on. These rules are usually explained in the sidebar of a subreddit; read the sidebar of the subreddit you're posting in, to find out if your posts are breaking any subreddit rules.
The other possible reason is that the spam filter has (rightly or wrongly) identified your posts as spam and automatically removed them. This is most likely to occur if you are posting to a subreddit that you have not participated in before. Each subreddit has an independent filter.
