Unfortunately, don't expect it to become your regular traffic, as people tend to read the article you've shared and leave, but some of them might share some interest to your site. Good tip is to find several relevant subreddits and reshare your post to them (for example, there's /r/Design, /r/designthought, /r/Designporn etc. and all of them have lots of subscribers).

Definitely true but Reddit can be a valuable source for backlinks which helps with longer term search rankings.

This content is fully posted in your website gaining SEO rank.
Link to your website drives traffic and passes link juice.
Select wisely what offers will be displayed and you'll convert.

The 3 upvotes rule still applies. Like anything else on Reddit, just make good content and you'll do well. If you rely entirely on buying upvotes without making good content, you'll eventually end up getting downvoted anyway. Post good, useful content and leverage black hat techniques like buying upvotes to really get the ball rolling and you'll do well.

Boostupvotes and Upvotes Club, there are also sellers here on the forum but I prefer the panels. Since then I've started doing this more with Quora as well and it works even better for sustained traffic (people searching Google for your term then find your upvoted Quora answers which tend to rank very well).
