Max Video File Size

I've created a video hosting website that allows users to upload an unlimited number of video's and embed them into their own website (Reason: DMCA issues and Server Costs). The site was originally created for anime websites(episodes that are 23 minutes long usually), but now we have some members who have joined who have movie websites. I'm hoping to get more feedback on what the average 720p-1080p movie is in gb, and what the max video upload size should be. All answers are welcome especially those who own movie websites or a big library of movies.

Background:
1. Current Max video upload is 2gb
2. Most feedback I've received is between 4-8gb
