Looking to hire web designer/developer with solid SEO skill for blog/affiliate website

I am already hosted through Bluehost and just had my domain and sub domain deleted by their f'ed up support team..I spent alot of time building my site with solid content in a good niche, a niche that I actually enjoy and am knowledgeable in. I had just set up a sub-domain to focus solely on affiliate marketing when an incompetent support member accidentally deleted my hosting cache and every other file...I'm now having issues backing up my site and its a good thing. I want to take this opportunity to pivot my focus and start from scratch (my hope is to become the authority go to in my niche). I need someone that is a solid designer with the ability to consult over a period of time. I can explain all the details & payment arrangements over phone or email ect but for someone who has decent design and SEO skill, it wont be a huge task... I will be doing most of the social media marketing, I just need assistance with analytics and some of the more complex SEO building. Please pm if interested. you can take money back or ask for compensation for the hosting providers mistake.
Just be a bit rude and you'll get a bit sum of it.

I know, I am working on a refund... I spent two days trying to upload files back to server.Those guys were worthless trying to walk me through firezilla and couldn't even organize the files when they got them. They actually moved most of my content over to the sub-domain I set up. Not worth my time dealing with this!.. I will be getting my money back for sure!
