As the title says I'm looking to hire an experienced programmer and have up to 500$ to spend on a single project.

As you can see I mentioned "experienced" "a few" times in my thread as this is a big deal for me. Yes the budget is real and the project is real, however I will only engage when I'm sure you can deliver the product.
Depending on our communication and my demands (what you can provide), my budget can increase up to 500$.
