I will recommend more reputed and solid ooowebhost and 5GBFree, they are free just because they believe you would upgrade to their premium plan, but that is good for your situation. Hope this helps.

Googiehost has limits on most of the things. There is a limit on bandwidth so if you have a decent amount of traffic and your bandwidth is used up , your website won't work due to going over the bandwidth.

Honestly they both provide the same service, it's just your preference.

i have 10 visitors every day and total 300 per month.

How about Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ? they are providing one year free.

For that little traffic, I'll second the BuyShared suggestion, I have a couple WP sites on their Las Vegas server without any issues or notable downtime, though I tend to keep the higher-traffic sites on VPS's or dedicated servers. And in case you're going into grey-area territory, their Luxembourg location is supposedly DMCA-ignore.

At that price I doubt it, but as long as your old host uses cPanel you should be able to run a backup and restore it on the new server. (The free migration most companies offer is just a semi-automated version of this, so the results will be identical.)
