First you should decide if you want a blackhat specialist OR a white hat specialist, and if you don't know the difference, google it. They are two completely different paths, to ultimately the same goal; the key difference being Blackhat SEO has little to no longevity.

This forums name is a misnomer for sure, as even the blackhat section is more greyhat than anything, so if you decide to go a true "blackhat" route, you should be very careful who you partner with as this could be the difference between fines/jail time, and profit.
