Looking for a professional web designer to build a SAAS website from scratch.
Basically I want to build a website which I'm selling a Saas software subscription (which I charge monthly subscription to my users).
The website has to have a very good design, a very fast loading speed, a organized structure along whole website which the service is very well explained.

The whole site must have the main page with all details information about the service , and also including 3 service packages available in main page. Also must include 4 or 5 addicional pages explaining in more detail the service packages in a new service page, about page, contact us, and terms&conditions page.

The most important aspects that I request is the design quality that have to be good quality, and the website loading speed (less than 2 seconds).
