Looking for a contest / sweepstakes Wordpress plugin or script with plr (or developer?)

I'm sure it's very unlikely to exist, but I'm on the look out for some sort of contest / sweepstake style app or script that I can give away. Ideally a Wordpress plugin I could rebrand. If you know of any let me know The other possibility is to commission a developer, but I thought I'd see if there was anything out there first!
