I can't seem to find recommended CDNs that ignore DMCA or are offshore? And also accepts crypto

What do you guys use or recommend?

Why do you need CDN? Maybe some kind of VPS or dedicated server would be better?
Or you do not consider such options?

i'd like multiple Points of Presence. I'm looking to speed up load times and all without having to buy multiple VPS or dedicated servers
 
DMCA ignored CDN providers don't exist as they have to rent or buy servers from multiple countries and there are very few countries which ignore copyright complaints.
