Quite hard to put a number on it without seeing more details, but if it's only 3 months old it's probably not worth that much.

Just wanted to publicly thank Meathead1234 for helping me sell a few sites I has for over 100k.
He is a class act and even though it took 3 months to close the transaction (not his fault) he never once gave up.

hi, i have another question..
how to do the deal with escrow if in case I buy a website from you.
I do escrow with you and you do escrow with the seller, right? So basically the site will be given to you first (from the seller) then it'll be given to me later? Because if that's the case, then how about the money? I give you the money then you have to release the money to the seller, that sounds confusing to me because as far as I know escrow would release once you get the domain right? But how can you do that when the domain hasnt been in the buyer's hand yet?

We don't touch the money at all. The buyer would send money directly to the seller via Escrow and we get our cut after the seller has been paid.
If for whatever reason you can't use Escrow, it's likely we'd agree the payment method to be Wire - that way you can send direct to the seller and we don't have to touch the money.
Filled out your form for an education-related website yesterday, looking forward to seeing what options might be out there.
Also, I didn't put anything for the "Expected Amount", it said it was optional so hopefully thats alright.

I have worked with Flipping Enterprises and can highly recommend them. They are very diligent with data and proper reporting, and truly represent the buyer and seller so nobody is hurt. They are highly professional and organized, and if you have ANY web property you are looking to sell for a premium, loss, etc, you'd be a fool not to speak with Thomas and his staff.
