It's always a good idea to submit your site at http://flippingenterprises.com/brokerage/, as this way you're guaranteed a quick response and can give all necessary information right away, whereas doing it via PMs may take several back and forth messages.
Both Thomas and I get tens of PMs per day so unfortunately situations where one or two get missed aren't as uncommon as I'd like them to be.
We have buyers from all around the world so generally speaking, foreign websites aren't an issue. However you have to count with the fact that multiples are generally much lower for foreign sites (especially those that require regular maintenance/updates) due to the fact that they're considerably harder to liquidate than international sites.

what type of sites are you really looking for?? does the traffic have to be just from organic seo?? because i have a few sites making over 500 a month but i don't do any seo work on them... i generate the traffic myself everyday..

do you accept education related domains and developed sites too.....few domains are premium too. Also do you list these sites somewhere or you offer the site to the buyer directly as i would bot be interested in listing my sites publically and i wanna sell them as a package.
Generally speaking, as long as your site is legit and profitable, odds are that we have a buyer for it. One thing to bear in mind though is that sites that require a lot of maintenance / manual work do tend to catch a lower multiple than those that are largely passive. That said there's buyers for this type of sites out there as well.

I'm afraid our buyers are only looking for sites that are already generating revenue and have at least 6 months (less in some very rare cases) history of doing so.
There's a lot of sites out there that have immense potential but these sites are only suitable for those who can see (and value) the potential, as opposed to investors.
