Koddos - power issue?

Also ... check the Koddos web interface, server might be ON but might need a manual power on from web interface.
 
Something is off ... in last 2 days I got notifications about "maintenance" / downtime needed of my server(s) on 3-4 different providers. One mentioned a kernel security update is needed. These are is in UK, NL, Germany. All at once is a strange pattern.

Anyone else getting these issues/notifications?

I think eider LE are looking trough large number of servers OR there is a zero day currently being exploited and downtime is eider caused by exploits directly or by ISP's attempts to patch things.

Any further updates on this? I got a reply from KodDoS saying they've moved all the servers to a different data center.

Are all four servers with the same provider? Could be an outage on their end.

I have almost all of mine back online, I had 8 servers down, 7 have been restored.

Good news for you! I'm still waiting for mine. Did they assign you the same IP address? Was your server restored to the exact state it was in right before they halted it?

I'm not paying attention to which racks, I had a lot of servers there in many different racks every single one at equinix am4 location was down, now just one is left.

For the most part yes but one drive (out of about 25) is failing, don't know if it's related.

Maybe LE took out the drive looking for data (my theory for the downtime) and they messed up your raid array?

Mine was down for 10 days and reason was a fake "phishing" complaint being received, to which I replied in a few hours, server was still down ~10 days. I didn't get the "power issue" reason.
 
Look into the offered maintenance plan; how often they scan for malware/viruses, how often the software is updated, how often the plugins are patched, how often backups are run, and others.
 
Anyone else noticed that PayPal payments to Koddos now go to someone else? Am I the only one that sees red flags?

If all four servers are down, it sounds like a datacenter issue. Hopefully Koddos resolves it soon.
