They’ll recover, of course. Sorry, bro. Once everything is back up, make sure to improve your infrastructure resilience so you’re better prepared if something like this happens again. Our backup server is there, too
Which alternative provider you subscribe to? I'm searching as well. Mine is down since 30 Sept. They clearly don’t have the situation under control. I didn’t wait any longer and already moved to another provider.

Due to contractual issues between the cage owner and Equinix, power to our cage was cut, leaving us stranded with no immediate ability to restore service from that location. This situation is entirely outside our control.
We are doing our best to restore all affected services outside the affected cage as quickly as possible. In parallel, we are preparing to relocate racks to another floor, and if this takes too long, we will migrate some servers to another datacenter where we are also arranging additional space as a contingency.
Bhw bot response - nothing is happening at different locations, it's all happening at Equinix AM4 location.Hard to really speculate on causes since with little info to work with, it can really go any which way and it might be best not to railroad on speculation.
That out of the way, yeah a power or infra issue is real likely, especially if they're in the same facility. Might be best to wait out for a confrimed scope and how long the restoration takes. On different locations though? Yeah, that's a little bit harder to pin on just power issues.
Anyway considering the response, it's a facility-level issue. Explains a lot.
