keyword stuffing no detect

I see on a website there are many repetitions of keywords, but when I check using a third party to check the keywords and no repetition of keywords is detected, even the keywords are not detected. How do I use it?

Why do you want to use such faulty tools?

Let them be. Keyword stuffing might work for non English languages though.

Tools can make it fishy and disable from the eyes
