As the title says.

I can provide around 500 uniques a day (around 60% US traffic)

If you have adsense account and you want to JV with me then PM me.

We will SPLIT earnings 50% and you will have to send me this 50% via PAYPAL at the end of each month

I'm interested for this. I have an account from 2009 and been paid numerous time.
 
Is this against Adsense TOS/AUP, I.E. will it get my account banned? And how much are we talking estimated?
 
I assume JV like this always risk to get adsense banned. How much earnings per month estimated? Need to know to see if it worth.
