[JV]Looking to monetize 1 mil email

I'm looking for people that are able to monetize 1 million++ email list that it NEARLY verified and cleaned.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE:

1. 1 million+ emails, Niche: Real Estate, Country: USA (Some contains names and company details)
2. Email Copy + Landing Page + Funnel
3. Offers related to the niche
4. Unlimited Graphic designs if you need someone to design
5. Website Creation (Landing page)
6. TIME TO WORK

WHAT I NEED FROM MY JV PARTNER

1. Email verifier. Something like neverbounce, zerobounce etc. I would need the list to go through another suppression list and verifier. We want to maximize our inbox rate.
2. Expert in sending emails that reaches high percentage of INBOX. (I would need to login to the server as well.)
3. Provide PREWARMED email server.
4. Provide fresh IP's for sending. If you have an email server, means that you also can provide IP's for sending.
5. Committed and Trust. I don't need cheaters, backstabbers, and shit listers. I'm done with these people.
6. Time to do 10 minutes of SCRUM meeting daily via skype or any form of media.

ABOUT TRUST

See, I've dealt with dozens of JV before and a lot of them has fall apart. Some are successful. It's because we both SPEND TIME AND MONEY TOGETHER. And also, PERSISTENCE.

I'm looking for a person who's responsive and can work together with me. If you plan to steal my list, you can go fuck yourself. We'll see how spamming that list can get you far, because I've tried spamming it before.

I will provide the login for everything in this JV if we're in this together. You also must provide login for your server too.

Now, if we both can provide value for each other, I reckon that we would make a super successful campaign. I've spend almost $1000 getting the list, pre-cleaning the list, landing page and copy to set up. SO I want another half of the bargain to be done by my future JV partner. It would be 50-50 PROFIT split.

Wnen you say you have funnel etc do you have proven campaigns that convert?

Hi @GringoMonkey , to answer your question, no. I have no proven campaigns that converts.

The funnel I've designed is pretty basic. It needs some improvements to be done if requires. I'm ready to invest funnel copies if I need it.

Email > Prelander > LP. We can discuss further into the funnel what converts and what's not.

I've emailed a few hundreds of the list and got around 5% inbox rate. I'm looking for more.

5% is not great, but you have a bigger issue and that is a real estate list is a list of perishable value.

So the best bet is to work out a funnel that converts, by say sampling 1000 at a time. There is no point sending 1 million emails and it does not convert, and you will be better having offers that diminish the perishable issue.

What is your funnel offering and how much would a conversion make?

Bought them myself and scrubbed them using my suppression list.
Not yet. Just warmed up. But I'm looking forward for verify the list
