[JV] I'm a Web Developer, need an IM Genious partner for HUGE PROFIT

I have a good experience in Web Application Development and Servers Management for more
than 5 years now. I've just finished a Content Locker website for files and I'm planning to expand it for videos.
This site has a huge potential and you don't need to invest your money but I need your knowledge.

(Our members 1. upload their ebooks, music or anything 2. promoting it to get traffic 3. then the users can access the content
by filling CPA offers, Premium membership or Mobile Payments and 4. the uploader earn XX% after each download and the rest is for us.)

The site is 100% ready and running, I need an IM Genious partner who can
- rank the site in Google
- take care of Facebook and Twitter accounts
- get quality traffic (need active members who wants to earn money and uploads content)
- advertise in relevant (moneymaker) Forums and Facebook, Twitter
- do all these things on a tight budget

Scripts for this site are freely available, and anyone with basic PHP knowledge would assemble it easily. umadbro?
