Had to do this due to some annoying very resistant desease.

Holy shit....it is some hardcore shit....
I am seeing positive effects but if you are not sick - don't recommend.
I was so weak, was afraid to go to my shop to buy water, and incredible nausea last days - it is something mad.

Now drinking fresh carrot juice,
So if you are really ill and have doubts about traditional medicine you always can go this way.

Wow, you just drink water during the 21 days?
I heard the best way to break the fast period is with fermented vegetables (probiotics).

Damn that's intense, glad you're seeing positive effects. I'm doing intermittent fasting and working my way up to the Monk Fast (36 hours) but I can't even imagine 21 days. More power to you for seeing it through, I hope your health continues to improve!

yeah. just water
last days i was buying mineral water to soften nausea.

i decided to break it with juices, orange and tangerine juices are sour disgusting, apple is too sweet, carrot is ok.

Yes, its the best way to cure any desease. I fasting 1 day every week. Feel great after fasting.

It's possible to survive without any food and just water for 21 days straight? Wow. I'm also doing intermittent fasting 5 days a week, I do feel sharper.

Just drinking water most i could do was 5 days in a row. Like op said was feeling really weak and nauseous.

I cannot imagine 21 days, you must have done no work or much of anything, even getting out of bed to get the water must have been a struggle!

No it is not. He was getting some essential vitamins from the fruit juices and probably is weighing 5-6kg less

i am laying in bed all day long. it is even so hard to make a juice
i hope i'll get my strength back in 2-3 days

no, juices are only today. to start adapting the body for normal food

Exactly so if it would be really fasting you would be active goin by your daily live and not lay in bed all day... You have the exact same result as someone that hasn't eaten for a few days with 1 bottle of water.

there is always someone

Why would anyone want to do that? Just wondering sorry.

Difficult to explain how it feels.

But it is like an extreme detox and you sleep really well.

21 days is a bit excessive, ss i said most i have done is 5.

If you have a week your not doing much try it :) but if you start to feel unwell after 2-3 days stop.

I've done 10 or 14 days (I forget which) at most and did it working as a short order cook in a restaurant.

Recovery is going to take a minute so don't rush that.

It was tough the first 3 or 4 days since food was in my face 10 hours a day but I applaud you going as long as you did no matter where you work but let things slowly get you back to "normal".

Dint you take electrolytes? its very very dangerous if you dont take them while fasting, i usually take some every 3 days while i am fasting

i feel you, first couple of days are the hardest when you water fast, pro tip from next time when you want to fast do first 2 days dry fast, its night and day difference, you wont get hungry or food wont be on mind when you dry fast, i just do first 2 days on dry fast and rest on water fast, electrolytes every 3 day

i really wanted to do dry fast, but it seemed too dangerous for me

To do a dry fast u have healthy eating habits and you body almost free of toxic heavy metals...which is hard if u live in cities, etc
You have to excrete very junk of your body before dry fast, my opinion.
