took electrolytes 2 last days as highly mineral water , it helped a little but still i was as boiled sausage, don't know.Did a 21 day fast myself last year and had almost as much energy for normal day to day stuff as usual. Not enough for a workout or anything strenuous, but I work full time online anyway so just carried on as normal.
Sounds like you didn't take any electrolytes if you were weak? I took electrolyte supplements all the way through and it makes all the difference. The first time I did a 7 day I didn't take any and I was so weak I nearly blacked out every time I stood up.
Mentally it's TOUGH so kudos for sticking it out. Hope you got the benefits you were looking for. I only kept off about 10lbs afterwards, but much improved digestion, better skin, and got rid of sugar cravings so easier to eat better now.
you're doing intermittent fasting 18 hours off and 6 hours of eating? I tried that and it was very very tough lolDamn that's intense, glad you're seeing positive effects. I'm doing intermittent fasting and working my way up to the Monk Fast (36 hours) but I can't even imagine 21 days. More power to you for seeing it through, I hope your health continues to improve!

Wow, wow, you didn't tell us - what is your purpose?
very agressive neurosisWhat kind of disease requires you not to eat over 3 three weeks to get better?

its not hard, just go for it, only at the start you will feel like you want water, maybe a couple of hours then its smooth sailing, i would suggest you just listen to your body and don't push yourself, i usually do 2 days dry fasting and i am used to it but i too will just do 30-40 hours only every once in a while, go with your gut. i don't recommend you do this if you have some health issues, take electrolytes when you break the dry fast, and it's almost impossible to do dry fasting in summer, never risk your health, just listen to your body and how much fat you have will affect how long you can do dry/water fast, a skinny person will find it extremely hard to go on for days but for a heavy person it will be a breeze to fast few daysi really wanted to do dry fast, but it seemed too dangerous for me
fasting does help in some cases, when you fast your body recycles dead cells (Autophagy) and you can find lot of people who fast for a while and refeed and keep fasting show improvements on some health issues, but its upto you, you need to be safe while doing this and if not done properly its very risky, and always take electrolytes while fastingAnd does fasting help? Just curious, I have no clue
