Yep, I wanted to go in another different niche but I stumbled across this one, it's a sub-niche since the niche is Sports, one pro tip: sub-niches are growing faster since there is no that much competition

I've been contemplating starting a YouTube channel for a while, but I always find excuses to postpone it. Your journey has genuinely motivated me. I used to believe that purchasing YouTube subscribers and views for a new channel could accelerate its growth and lead to quicker monetization. Is this strategy not effective anymore? Also how much do you pay your scriptwriter as you have already done the research?

Depends, I have multiple, it can range between 15-25$ / 1000 - 1500 words
 
UPDATE!

I got a STRIKE from a FAKE source, this source is assuming that they have rights to different sports videos and take down the "small" channels, I heard about them and here they are! I will be busy fixing this and preventing it from happening again and again, UPDATE #8 is coming next week!

This video was a BEAST, and it is still getting daily views!

The CTR is BIG because I used my own style as previously but with a little twist, so here we have the statistics for this video, which also gained me ~100 subscribers! (ONLY FROM THIS VIDEO)

The journey is going according to the plan and we will never stop, it doesn't matter at all that we got a STRIKE, we learn and we adapt!

What niche are you in and do you do documentaries based on that niche or what?
Also, where are you finding freelancers from which website?
and what is the average price you spent per video including the scripters, freelancers etc, you get what I mean.

I'm in a sports niche, a sub-niche but cannot REVEAL the actual niche, sorry!
I found mine on different Discord servers / Upwork, etc.
Depends on the complexity so it can be 50-70.

My style of designing the thumbnails is so UNIQUE and I think in the FUTURE will STAND OUT even more!

It is working great! 8.1% CTR from almost 200k Impressions, in my opinion, is SO GOOD!

We are growing FAST now since the algorithm started to like us and pushes our content to a lot of people!

Because I am doing it progressively and It takes some time to get at the present, around 4 more videos, and then the updates are going to be in the present time, good question btw, I want to capture the whole journey here, that's why :)
 
I was searching for one and I stumbled across this one, I was looking for a niche that is evergreen and relatively popular but with not that many competitors. And from sports -> I went with a "sub-niche"

For your good, it's better to not, you have to find it, you don't need something with huge rpm because there is 100% competition, just go with a subject that you like/are interested in at least a little and try it, make some research about the other channels if they have success and go ahead! :)

I can't agree with you. If you go with niche you are interested (tor example your hobbies) that can put you in bad position if business don't go well. You will watch on it with emotion and you won't make "business decision", you will go with your hearth and that is never good for business.
Make a good research, find good niche that is untapped, and go with it.

That's a good approach but I disagree with this haha xD -> first your business won't go well since you don't have any experience if you are starting, even the pros are struggling sometimes (talking about YTA as a business). On the other hand, if you go with something at least you are interested in or like a little the videos you will make will be more enjoyable :)
