Hi there, Ackkerman here -> This is the most SERIOUS side hustle I have ever done. I invested the most money here.

It's pretty simple - YTA (YouTube Automation) - I basically hired some freelancers, I made a team ( VO, Script Writer, TB designer, VE) and they are creating the videos I suggest based on the title, I do ALL the research, everything in order to run, provide the ideas for the clips, etc.

I started this journey 2 weeks ago, and MAN, this is really COOL! I want to document everything here with you, you may find something useful here!

I will provide some insights from the first clip which was "MEH" but since it was my very first clip I was so excited that I got 1k+ Views which for me with not that much experience was AMAZING! I will update this channel every time I have big updates, we are currently at 100 and something SUBS and 2k WATCHTIME which is HUGEEEE -> I hope that I will monetize the channel in the next 2 months so I can start earning that cheese, you know!

This started like a "let's try this" I had a friend who is doing this for a longer period and recommended to "dip my toes" a little. I have so much faith now in this method because it's 100% LEGIT, you just need to learn about content creation and make a team, and you are good to go for the long run, always for the long run --> Long run pays GREAT!

**You need to have a decent BUDGET in order to start** --> Depending on the niche the video PRODUCTION may cost between 50-100$.

TL;DR --> I started a new side hustle about YouTube Automation and it's going well!

Are you satisfied with the content quality? It's important that you continue to upload new videos so your channel gets more views and more subscribers but from my own observation, if you want your channel to really take off and start gaining massive number of views the quality of your videos must be perfect.

Also where did you find these freelancers and how much is it costing you for a video.

Yeah, the quality is all right as a start, I focus on video quality also, but volume overall is the key here, I average around 65$ / video and I found them on Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.

We just hit 100 subs --> step by step to our GOAL -> MONETIZATION

Video #1 was MEH, but it still went much better than I ever expected! Here are the stats!

I just hit 10k views at my second clip, going really well! Hope I will get monetized in 3 months

Second video #2 just blew UP! Insane results for the second clip, I tried a new type of thumbnail and it increased the CTR and is still growing -> 7,6%

Hi man, good luck on your journey.
I've just started a youtube shorts channel too (expanding from apps).
Got 2-3ks/vids for my first 5. Hope I get there some day too.
Would love to know your thoughts on shorts or do you think you prefer only longform content?
I might create and test longform on another channel.

Interesting. YT shorts seem to work well for smaller channels.
Good luck.

Your message is as interesting too; I wonder if OP's method could farm some great starter YT channels to sell on...

Keep up the hustle Levi man!

Thank you, my opinion:

Short channel is meh, but when you combine LONG content with SHORT content is GREAT! I have learned many things about YouTube from the past and this is one of the best approaches. The key here is to never quit and keep posting and get better and better.

Thank you! I have more updates to come next days, channel is going better and better, going to show the SHORTS results soon also

Which niche are you targeting?

Good luck! Following, as I'm doing something similar.

Absolutely not for making money on YT's payout, but as a traffic driver for your channel.

I have an established gaming channel I use shorts on to drive traffic and after a month, it's evened out to an extra ~300K views & ~500 subs w/month with 1 short a day. Similar results on a fresh channel I started from scratch.

UPDATE 11.10.2023

We are on our 3rd video and is going pretty well! -> The CTR % dropped but it still got some views!

We will monetize this channel in the next three months for SURE! Stick with me on this journey!
