[Journey] Scaling POD automation

Update

- Performance & trace monitoring setup though newrelic
- AWS S3 -> Self Hosted MinIO instance completed, waiting for AWS S3 queue to get closer to completion before going live
- Dockerize merch generation engine
- Interlink generation engine to upload engine

Next Steps

- Time to focus on account creation, ****** instantly banned the most recent account I made, so I'm going to collect some data and try and find the cause.

I'll need ~60 accounts in total for optimum throughput, after that I'll spend ~2k on a new server.

The behaviors that flag accounts have been identified.

Next step:
iu

Never mind, the new accounts were banned for no reason.

Not going to fight the broken flagging system - just writing more modules to upload elsewhere

How many sales per day do you currently have?

It was around 5-10 per day, but there was a big dropoff as products purchased now won't arrive in time for Christmas. The system is running on 100% autopilot, so over time it'll produce more sales with no extra work.

When your uploading to Redbubble how do you make sure the design is centered properly on all the products? I was thinking there is probably some math that would make sure they are centered based on their size and the product size, or maybe just force resizing them to make them the same size each time. How do you do it?

To keep it simple, I don't - it's not worth the time to do so

Any Dmca problem?
upload 50 designs per account per day?

Nice journey dude :)
You kind of motivated me to start doing similar stuff but I still need to learn a lot. Right now I just started playing around with NST

BTW where do you run your AI Image generation ? You might look into TPU's which you can acess for free or for a small price from google which could potentially lower you cost since they are optimized for matrix multiplication.
