[Journey] E-Commerce, CPA, Agency, Development and more!

Keep it short and simple, stupid.

So I'll keep this journey thread short.

Currently, I have many plans and I'm working everyday to achieve my goals. Some will say it's probably to much to handle more than one project, and that's probably true, but I'm deticated.

I'll keep everything I do transparent, to help others and also to get help from others.

My current projects are:

- An E-Commerce Store (Aliexpress Products)
- An Etsy Shop (Prinftul)
- CPA (Youtube + Facebook + Streaming), you can checkout the method in the make money section
- Online Marketing Agency (SEO & Development)
- A Wine Webapplication like AirBnb
- A Webapplication to rent out stock place

Side Projetcs

- Manage some AirBnb listings locally for a friend, currently there a 5 in total.
- Big Project with the City Manager where I live, to create a platform where local sellers can upload their invetory to start selling online. (Next Meeting for beta testing will be on 29th november)

Projects for November:

- A local online seller asked me to optimize their webshop, amazon and ebay listings. I'll meet them on monday and I already had the first talk to them. We decided on 500€ to optimize their ebay listings (keywords), everything else seems to be fine.

- A friend of mine earned with his store ~64,000€ in profit. I've copied his websites and got some tips from him. I'm currently waiting for some seo optimized texts. The keyword we'll try to rank for has around 8,000 searches and a kw of 13. It is a buyer intent keyword. After the seo texts are done, I'll add the first products to the website. A goud source to find trending products through facebook is a site called FakeOutrage.

- Upload more shirts to Etsy. I already uploaded 3 shirts and I have another 3 on my computer. I still need some product descriptions, so I'll look into that. I'm using Marmalead for Etsy SEO.

- I'm currently working on the new website for my online marketing agency. You can take a look at my website and give me so tips for improvement (it's not done yet). boringagency.de

- I'll try the CPA Method later this day. I'll just need to record some timer with camtasia and create picture with photoshop with the two competing soccer teams, and than makea "static" video from it. Afterwards I'll conncet OBS with Youtube and I'll go live on YouTube. In the description I'll add the link to my landing page with a content locker. I'll promote my livestream trhough facebook groups and youtube comments. I'll come up with the results from this method in a few days.

Fixes in November

I already created the Wine Application an pushed it to heroku, the problem is that the assets are not loaded by rails, so I'll need to research a litte bit to fix this. Afterwards I'll be selling the Web Application to someone.

I'll keep this journey updated, no excuses!

want my advice , you are trying too many methods at same time which isnt bad but also isn't smart.
stick to one , master it , scale it then move on to the next ..
in order to get some juicy profit you need to give each method it's fair share of planning also sharing your website here is a no no :/ .
but thats just my opinion , break a leg

Sounds like a really interesting journey, keep it updated

Thanks. I'm probably trying to much but I have some helping hands, from friends and VA's. I'll probably won't share the domains anymore and instead get more into detail, to make it more transparent.

It's smart, I'm doing the same. In IM, diversification is the key to success. Never rely on a single source of income. Long term projects always need time for natural growth, so meanwhile you can focus on your other projects.

This is interesting, so you're trying to build a local Amazon-like marketplace?
