[Journey] Directory Website. 100$ monthly for each Website

Well hello there guys!

I'm here with my first Journey.

I apologize in advance for my poor English

OBJECTIVE

Create one listing website for each targets in my country.

Dentist
Restaurant
lawyers
artisans
accountants
....
....

SITE DESIGN AND INFRASTRUCTURE

I'll probably use http://directorypress.net/ to create the first Website. If you have other Theme/Template/CMS to recommend to me I will be happy to listen to your advice.

DATA EXTRACTION

For data extraction I will use Botsol with Google Maps Crawler

UPLOAD DATA TO THE WEBSITE EXTRACTED

To load the data ( street, website, phone number...) on my site I still haven't found any bots / plugins on which I can upload the csv file that BOTSOL will release to me so this process for now I'll do it manually. If you know a bot or you can help me speed up this process I will be happy to listen to you.


MONETIZATION

To monetize I will charge people who want to register on my directory $ 4.99 a month to stay linked in my network with a free article per month that will be sent by email (to be able to upload it to their website) and it will be shared on the network. All companies can register for free. Those who want more SEO with certain Keywords will pay me monthly.

I wanted to do this myself a long time ago but doubted the idea. You just gave me a lot of motivation and I will sure be following this journey! :)

Hmmm, im doing this as well, however...

I plan on focusing on one website regarding a set niche, REALLY optimizing the website with insane branding and logo, links, keywords, looks, traffic, benefits, ect... If you are just charging business to be "listed" good luck... need to offer value and a REASON for them to continue playing monthly or yearly, more than just "pay 4.99 for a link". The just charging to be listed model worked many years ago, but not in 2019, and certainly 2020.

I will most likely be charging $14.99 to $29.99 + month and market it as an actual website / business / lead generation with 100+ 5k word blogs, content, reviews, company spot lights, shout outs, detailed bio's, and analytic reporting. Anyone who knows anything about SEO knows directories are so 2005... but can still work if done correctly. Dont spread yourself too thin with 10+ websites on different niches. Find a good niche, perfect the website, user interface, interactions for both consumers and businesses. Once you have a well oiled machine, THEN roll it out accross multiple niches...

Directory is much a dead niche

I have one still running, i just dot know what to use it for yet
