Journey: 2nd MNS started yesterday, already ranking...

Sorry for the lack of activity in this thread, life has been spanking me rotten the last couple of weeks. Currently working 7 days a week so my IM efforts have been put on a back burner. Hopefully over the next few weeks I'll be able to dive back into it.
Site 1: Gone from the SERPS, not worth mentioning.
Site 2:
Still on page 1 but at the bottom. It took a hit from a recent update and dropped to #30 but it's back now. I am trying to figure out how to get it to climb into the top 5.
After almost a month the site has stalled at around 20 visits a day, down from around 150 when it was higher in the SERPs. I'm not sure on my ranking strategy yet, might purchase another linking package soon.
I'm still adding content and I have tweaked the homepage. Last night I realized my density on the homepage was at a freaking 6% so I watered it all down.
I also rearranged my ad placement and now, it seems to be getting a better CTR but the traffic is too low at it's current ranking.
1st Month's Earnings: $6.62
Site 3:
I bought a site a couple months ago from a BHW MNS provider. It's keywords aren't what I would like them to be but I haven't done much work to it since I bought it. I haven't mentioned it before because it basically sat forgotten. But, I was surprised a few days ago as it raked in about 4 clicks.
These didn't pay extremely well but warrant a little work to see if I can improve it's rankings and traffic.
July Earnings: $1.90
Entire Empire
I have a couple of my "hobby" blogs where I write for the passion and these two blogs are helping me increase my adsense earnings.
Prior to April this year my monthly adsense average was hovering around $5.00. Since then, which is around the time I discovered BHW, the monthly totals have raised each month.
April: $21
May: $21
June: $35
July: $39 with 3 days left.
So with 2 blogs, and 3 MNS sites my monthly totals are right at $40 for this month.
Future Plans
I have just completed my first Fiverr gig, and hope there are more to follow. Also, my monthly hosting check (for sites I designed and host) has been delivered to my Paypal account.
With this money I am buying a couple more MNS domains and firing them up, Site 4 & Site 5.
Site 1: Dead (I'll sell it for $5 if anyone wants it, lol) Trust me, this was an experiment and has fulfilled it's purpose. I'll be completely dropping it.
Site 2:Doing some SEO tweaking and building some more backlinks. Also adding more content to try and bring it up in the top 5 of SERPS.
Site 3: Adding backlinks and Content to see if this site has more promise than I thought it did.
Site 4: has only 1600 local searches but a $2 CPC with high Adwords competition. The SEO competition is reasonably low so I should be able to at least mirror the success of Site 2.
Site 5: I have several keyword ideas with EMD's. I just don't want a repeat of site 1 so I am taking my time to make sure, beyond search terms, that it's a term that will have people interested in the ads.
Site 6: This site will be launched in the future once I figure out what to do. I'm going to make a MNS site that I can focus on either clickbank, amazon, or some other affiliate offer instead of just adsense. I would like to discover a formula that will utilize all of them so this is an experiment site in the planning stages.

i started doing MNS from one year now and 2 of my site got hit by penguin really hard.. was getting 200 visits/day on each site but now 10/day!!
I still didn't give up.. again created three more MNS but being very careful with them as i don't want them to get hit again.
On those previous sites i used some fiverr gigs for backlinking and some comment blast too and i am quite sure that its the reason i got hit by penguin as my website's on-page is completely clear(according to my knowledge)
For these new sites i am just going very slow.. don't want anything to look negative(in terms of backlinking) thinking to add one article on each site a week and doing link building manually so that i can keep track of everything.
And yes.. i got disabled by adsense more than 3 times now.. so these sites aren't focused on adsense at all.. i made them for affiliate purpose and other stuff such as same niche advertising etc.
Will keep you guys updated about ranking and what works and what is hurting the rankings.
