JARVEE: Need Safe Facebook Group Extraction and DM Help

Is there a tutorial somewhere that outlines the proper setting on how I could safely but efficiently extract and DM all member [and all new members ongoing] of particular hand picked FB groups using Jarvee. What are the pitfalls I need to definitely watch out for?

Of course, I have this very same questions for LinkedIn, Twitter and IG as well, but don’t want to post this same message 4 times. If you know answers or safe settings for either please share or DM.
