Nope, it's for all users, except those with free trial licenses. As soon as you pay for Jarvee license you get free trial license for their Like exchange tool.

Let me ask a few questions:
- Does the account HAVE to like another photo for you to gain a 'credit' to get likes on your own photo? Reason I'm asking is because one of the accounts has been off IG for about 10 months and I've been trying desperately to get it back into good standings because of so many changes of the algo in that time frame. From what I've read, this could definitely help because of how jarvee finds the posts with the hashtag. But the account, for some reason, has been having a rough timing being able to Like photos, without getting blocked. But I have multiple accounts. So let's say I have 1 other account doing 600 likes a day. Can I split 300 likes for that account on a recent post, and then the other 300 on that account that has been having issues liking?

You can use completely different accounts to give likes and earn points and spend points on your main account or more if them. Your main account don't have to like posts at all.
But there are some rules set by Jarvee team, it's not like you can add some spammy accounts with 0 followers, posts to give likes. It's done that way to keep the quality of network. Also, no adults account allowed, I tried adding one, never managed to give likes with it.

Based on your argument Power Likes do not work. But they do. What does that tell us?
I have a post in this forum detailing my experience with Powerlikes. I bought 1 round of powerlikes on a post just a few days ago. They don't work. Like a previous poster said, it's a bunch of dead accounts liking your posts. Sure 99% of them have 20k+ followers, but if you go to their page they haven't posted a picture in months in some cases, and they'll have like 3,000 likes with 1 comment. Or 20 botted comments where some are duplicates so you know they used a comment group. I've even gotten likes from 50k, 100k+ accounts where they'll have posted a pic a few days ago and they're only getting 45 likes. How, if you have 100k+ followers?
If I'm getting 600+ likes from a network of 80 million people, surely I'd get at least 80 followers from the Powerlikes. Which is 0.000001% of the supposed reach of the Powerlikes...and not even that is possible from my experience. Keep in mind I posted original content that I curated myself with a bunch of hashtags.
Also, I have an Instagram business account... So I can see profile visits/reach. 600 Powerlikes and my reach didn't exceed 900. When I got another 50 likes from my own followers that I gained via follow/unfollow my reach doubled. lol....In other words, IG isn't stupid and they know the chances are slim to none that 600 people with 20k+ followers like your pic upon posting. Especially when they aren't conducting a search to find your content, they're just magically and coincidentally going to your page and liking your most recent pic at the same time....Powerlikes don't count towards your reach.

I completely understand your personal experience. But you are not saying "90% of the power like providers are crap", you are saying "power likes don't work", which is untrue. Its like coming here and saying SEO does not work because you booked 5 services on this forum and had a bad outcome with them. Even tho 80% of the people have no success with SEO, it still does work.
Here is a question for you: If 9/10 people try to promote their dropshipping business with Facebook Ads and fail, does it mean Facebook Ads don't work with dropshipping?
And the answer to this question leads you to the reason why I am saying, yes your experience might reflect the majority of what people experience, but for me and many others they still work fine. When you say "Power Likes do not work" you indicate that 0% of the people have success with it, which is untrue.
This whole "does not work" and "saturated" mindset is the reason why the majority of BHW does not find long term success. Do you think every single of my ecom stores and brands succeed? Hell no. 50-80% are a flop. But the 20-50% that have such a good long term ROI that they make up the loss of the others.
But hey, people like you - in case you wont expand your mindset - are the reason we get clients and business. So I appreciate your mindset from my personal business perspective. Also all the "porn-reuploading does not work" and "Instagram spam is dead" people made it for me possible to be where I am today. Big thanks to all those people. My personal experience is the same personal experience a million other people are having.
If 1,000,000 people experience something and you're the 1 dude that says it never happened, you look crazy.
You can't change the facts and the facts are everyone uses the same Powerlikes network I used to get powerlikes.
I even bought Powerlikes again yesterday from another vendor I met in a Telegram group. Same shitty results.
Again if I buy 600 likes from an 80 million person network my reach should't be in the 100s on my Instagram Business account
1) Powerlikes don't work after the new algorithm update
2) Instagram has all your powerliking accounts tracked
3) Nobody gets 600 likes simultaneously, automatic red flag for IG
4) They'll shadow ban you or flag your account somehow to prevent you from hitting explore

Why not just use a bot that lets you take one set of accounts and add follows, likes and comments to another set of accounts? aka viral profile targeting. Putting your niche related accounts in the hand of other marketers dose not seem to be a good idle to me. Like exchanges can expose your niche and it can become saturated.

Sorry to disappoint for once
(I even needed to google the term shilling). I cant post some proof when the product sales die off, but since they are more branded already and less prototyping not sure if this is gonna happen this year (additional to that it would expose my shoutout sources for specific niches)But I can ask one of my guys to make a test account for that purpose. Maybe this "May" change that I didn't notice only affects specific accounts, which I HIGHLY doubt.
I see a lot of people using power likes for the wrong reason tho, also I assume most people have a different understanding about what power likes are (just buying a high amount of likes or likes from dead accounts is not power likes, sorry).

Henry, I've tested powerlikes from 2 different networks/vendors and they've never worked. Even with original/viral content. That's not to say I won't try again from a different network, but it doesn't look good so far.
They definitely changed something in their algorithm recently if Kaizen is saying it happened the first week of May. Because I only started buying powerlikes recenty.
I also have verified people/public figures in some of these same powerlike networks all liking my posts. They've gotten hit hard by this too... All of their recent content has botted likes and botted comments. So it's to the point where people are using powerlikes/comment groups to keep up the appearance that they have engagement, rather than actually seeing results from powerlikes and gaining real followers/comments. Basically powerlikes at this point are a glorified SMM panel
And there's a million dudes on Telegram & Skype acting as SMM reseller panels for these powerlike networks

If possible, can you post something from this month? I wouldn't be surprised if powerlikes worked if you posted results from 2017 - early 2018 but apparently this is something that happened recently. If they're working in May 2018 we can put this issue to bed
