Is this a normal Sandbox period?

So I bought a 1 year old domain which was parked on the sale page for all that time.
Clean history, no backlinks.
Launched and indexed site 45 days ago.
Later added several backlinks.
Now it has 1k pages indexed and ranking on zero keywords.

Is it normal?

From my experience all sites starting rank on brand or some long tails even on a new domain without backlinks.

One factor to consider is how competitive your niche is

I only use freshly registered domains and I rank sites without backlinks

It takes anywhere from 6 months to 2+ years depending on the niche

So, you launched the site 45 days ago and posted/auto-posted 1k+ pages. It’s not showing up in ahrefs OR GSC for any keywords?

Competition is low, easy keywords.
I run many sites, and all of them took to start ranking about a week - for some keywords.

This is an adult site, which is generating pages auto - as tons of other sites in this niche - as example live cams sites, or tubes.
Yes, in both I have zero keywords.

content of atleast 3 pages related to the niche from day 1 in your case pron for it to age as a topical authority in its niche.

than you also blasted 7 instant links to a zero backlink profile domain..

thats a 700% increase in backlinks.......very spiky.

Shouldve waited since domain is treated as new when you launched content finally on it in adult niche for atleast 3-6 months since it was still sandboxed and added 1 link at a time per 3-4 weeks.

also theres a chance while parked it was never indexed since parked pages are highly duplicate with only the domain title posted being unique.

or registar disallowed crawling of the page.

either way highly likely only NOW its aging in google's eyes. you should begin link building very slowly and none for first few months.

Try to buy an expired domain with high traffic because when your new site is ready to go, it will have an excellent backlink profile and already be high-ranking in SERPs.

1 - Domain Vendors - Are a great way to buy an expired domain as they have already done so re-vetting works for you

2 - Domain Auction Sites - Auction sites are a great way to find expired domain and price will be depend upon the supply and demand

Domain was indexed with parking page.
I do not changed niche - it is an adult domain.
 
Did you manually check if these are live, probably google is seeing zero value and either De indexing the pages or keeping them out of top 100, I would suggest do a site wide audit using ahrefs to get a better idea

site:domain.com gives 800 results.
GSC shows 1.51k valid URLs.

 
expired domain is dead 2022,my expired domain now have sand box time also
