Is there a way to recover from algorithmic penalty. My website was hit by 15 march 2023 Google's EEAT algorithm. And since them it is decreasing and not the traffic has reduced to 500-600 a week.

I have fixed the whole website's content and added genuine authors. Is there a way I can get the site reindexed or revaluated.

There have been multiple Core updates since so I'm afraid your changes are not doing the trick. They would be reflected in Core updates.

Updating or adding existing content is common "fix attempt" but sometimes removing it is what the website needs.
 
OP, what make you think that your website is penalized?
The fact that you're getting less traffic doesn't necessarely mean it's,

Does your pages or most of them at least rank anywhere in the top 100?
If yes, it's most likely that the website is simply holding less authority than being penalized
 
I can only say to keep improving the quality of your content and focus on showcasing expertise, authority, and trustworthiness. Make sure your authors' credibility is clear on each post, and keep publishing high-quality articles regularly.
 
If you are sure that the site is penalized from update last year and it still hasn't recover, try not to over spent on it. Do a site audit and fix the errors, wait for the results and then invest in it.

How did you determine that the issue is weak EEAT signals? I mean, I don’t doubt that this could be the case - but it might not be the only reason.
Especially considering that algorithmic Google filters don’t report specific causes in GSC the way manual actions do.
 
Since it’s algorithmic, there’s no manual reconsideration request. Google will pick up changes during natural crawl cycles. Just keep publishing and updating content regularly.

Since you've already fixed your content and added genuine authors (great steps), your next focus should be on demonstrating that improved E-E-A-T to Google. Ensure all new content truly showcases expertise and trustworthiness.
While you can't manually force a "re-evaluation," consistent positive signals will eventually get Google's algorithms to re-index and re-evaluate your site. Keep publishing high-quality, relevant content, build authoritative backlinks, and focus on user experience. It's a long game, but persistence pays off
