You have no right to interfere with the control of how fast or slow your post is approved, that is the administrator's setup, only when they agree to let your post be posted will you be able to post, you can only beg the administrator to approve your post quickly.

Try to post when the group is most active. Admins and moderators are more likely to be online and able to review and approve posts during peak activity times
