No bro .Groups with automatic approval do not require admin approval, but when I spam posts, Facebook adds restrictions is like shadowban for some time.

The mods likely just set the page to require admin approval and such for certain posts. This can be done even for open groups. That just means something in your posts tripped the system and funneled it through the "for approval" bin for the group's admins to check themselves.
